CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact Jane Doe Bar immediately at orders@smallbatchbars.com.au quoting the order number and name as well as reason for cancellation. If payment has been accepted and confirmed or your order has already been made, packed or dispatched cancellation is at the discretion of Jane Doe Bar. 

REFUND POLICY

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Jane Doe Bar if a product has not be delivered. Upon notification, Jane Doe Bar will investigate with the delivery partner to ensure it is delivered. 

We will not be held liable and refunds will not be given for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.

If a product has been damaged through the delivery process, we require photo evidence emailed to orders@smallbatchbars.com.au and a replacement product will be resent. In the event that you would not like a replacement product resent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the damaged items.  

 

RETURNS
We accept returns of non consumable products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds often take 2-7 business days from the date of processing to reach your account. If you have checked with your bank and credit card provider, and have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@smallbatchbars.com.au.
