HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I ORDER?
Jane Doe Bar's online store will aim to send orders out within 1-2 business days following order confirmation, with shipping and delivery times varying on order location and delivery type.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT FOR HOME DELIVERY?
There is no minimum order on our online store. You can order 1 to 12 cocktails at any time with the maximum being 12 cocktails per person, per transaction, per day.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE / VIA EMAIL?
All orders should be placed via our online store to assist us and ensure a seamless ordering process. If necessary, you can order via email at email@example.com.
CAN I SEND AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Our cocktails make the perfect gift; if you would like a special message written to the lucky person, please fill in the details in the Gift Note section at the checkout. Please make sure that the recipient is over 18 years of age.
ONCE RECEIVED, HOW LONG WILL MY COCKTAILS LAST?
All of our cocktails have a shelf life of at least 3 months.
DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY COCKTAILS?
We highly recommend refrigeration of cocktails. Quality and longevity of cocktails improve greatly with refrigeration. We recommend when consuming to have the cocktails as cold as possible.
ONCE OPENED, SHOULD THEY BE CONSUMED IMMEDIATELY?
All cocktails should be consumed within 3 days of opening. Please refrigerate after opening.
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
We've taken all of the hard work out for you, so all you have to do is refrigerate, pour over ice and garnish. If you notice some sediment at the bottom of the bottle, just turn it upside down to mix it back through - this can happen over time when the liquids separate.
CAN I RECYCLE THE BOTTLES?
If you are within our local delivery zone, we can collect any used bottles from you when we deliver your next order to you. Alternatively, you can drop used bottles to Jane Doe Bar, 219 Chapel St, Prahran 3181 - please email to confirm a time to do so. All glass bottles and aluminium lids can be recycled through your council recycling bins.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer a variety of shipping options - Australia wide delivery via Sendle for $15, local delivery for $10 for those within our delivery perimeter and free in-store pickup. Please make sure to check that you are within the local delivery perimeter before selecting this as your shipping method. Shipping fees are for single address destinations only, multiple addresses may incur multiple fees.
I NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY - CAN YOU HELP?
All orders are sent using express shipping or courier services - but if you need your order today and you live in Melbourne, please contact us at to see how we can help you.
MY DELIVERY HAS TAKEN LONGER THAN EXPECTED, WHERE IS IT?
Deliveries are handled by our delivery partners, Sendle, with tracking provided for each order. Please log on to their websites and enter your tracking number to get a real time update on your delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?
All orders will be delivered to the address nominated by you. All deliveries aim to be delivered to a person and where possible should not be left unattended, however we understand this may not always be the case. If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building you must provide the access code, instructions or other means to enter.
MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Please contact us via email at with photos of the damage, we will investigate the issue and endeavour to replace or refund where possible.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
We accept returns of non consumable products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Jane Doe Bar delivers Australia wide.
All delivery time frames are in the control of our third party delivery partner, Sendle. We use courier services to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
Please note, due to COVID-19, Australia Post and couriers are expecting potential delays on orders. Please allow for additional business days to account for this on any urgent orders.
PROOF OF AGE
As Jane Doe Bar. sells products which contain alcohol, our couriers may require you to present valid government issue photo identification as proof of age from the recipient of the parcel, even if that recipient is not the customer who placed the order. This is so we can ensure no alcohol is in the possession of minors.
